While it's good to know that GTA IV will be on PC's I think your method of finding out is not only hurtful to the employee's who's only fault was trying to help you, but also to any future people sending tech support requests for games they do own as now every support req. going through them will be scrutinized and they won't be as helpful as they would have been. Hope "Anthony or Rick/Rich" don't have a wife and kids to feed. All that so you could know if a game is going to be released? Not fair pal.
